Our sessions focus on balance, strength, and flexibility exercises that can be done at home and incorporated into daily life. We customize a program for you based on our signature wellness system, which consists of the best exercises from Yoga, Chair Yoga, Qigong, Pilates, and Functional Fitness.
These exercises provide tremendous benefit, not only with physical function, but also in supporting stress management and an overall feeling of well-being.
Life over 50 brings with it a unique set of challenges. We can’t prevent getting older, but we have the ability to manage factors that can take away from our quality of life.
