Flavors of Fitness Studio is very happy to present personal wellness sessions online! Through zoom, we offer our signature program which is customized to each individual.
Our 4-session personal wellness course is designed to be enjoyable, easy to follow, and focuses on building lasting healthy habits. Each session includes three key parts.
Part 1: Consists of guided meditation which helps you focus on what matters most and creates a calm, positive mindset for the day.
Part 2: Includes gentle chair yoga and fitness-inspired movements to support better posture, balance, strength, mobility, and coordination.
Part 3: The session concludes with practical, healthy habit strategies to help you stay on track between sessions.
Our goal at the Flavors of Fitness Studio is to help you manage the stress and anxiety that can comes with aging while supporting a life filled with greater strength, confidence, and joy.

The benefit of these private sessions is that they are customized for each individual. This means that the exercises can be practiced from a standing position, on a yoga mat, or seated in a chair. Everything is based on the individual's needs and preferences.
You will learn exercises that can be practiced at your home or your office.
The price listed is for a four session course, with each session lasting 55 minutes.
After 4 sessions, the individual will have a collection of personalized exercises. If desired, they can continue to purchase 4 program sessions at a time, to build upon what they have learned or they can stop after 4 sessions. Either way, we want everyone who takes our 4 session program to leave feeling empowered and motivated!

Before paying, please call our studio at: 973-271-2505 to schedule your session dates and time. We will then email your form and welcome letter to get you started!
You will receive confirmation of your scheduled appointments along with the zoom link.
