Welcome to our studio!
Our area of expertise is Healthy Active Aging. We are pleased to offer this 3 session wellness package designed especially for you!
Whether you are new to exercising, took some time off, or would like a fresh start, we customize the private sessions just for you.
The exercises you will learn are gentle yet highly effective. They are based in fitness, chair yoga, and pilates.
Your one-on-one sessions are taught by head trainer and founder of Flavors of Fitness, Janine Skorski.
Janine is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and a registered yoga teacher with over twenty years of experience in the fitness and wellness field. She will listen to your needs and teach you a wellness routine that you will enjoy and look forward to practicing. She does this by customizing each movement specifically for you.
Whether you’d like to do the movements from a seated or standing position, Janine will adapt any exercise so that it can be comfortably practiced. This way it is something you will look forward to doing and continue to practice at home. These exercises help to:
- Reduce and manage stress
- Improve balance and posture
- Move with ease and confidence
- Gain inner and outer strength
- Increase energy, strength, and flexibility
