Welcome to our Wellness Studio!
We provide one-on-one, personal training sessions to help you stay strong, healthy, and happy for life over 50. We customize the exercises based on your needs, likings, and preferences. These private sessions are designed to help you implement lasting, healthy habits.
Our signature program is a combination of exercises from Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates. The exercises can be practiced standing, seated, or a combination of both. Our personal training program will help you:

This package contains 5, one-on-one private sessions, along with printed materials and video access to help you stay on track.
The exercises we teach are both effective, and enjoyable.
Your head trainer, exercise physiologist Janine Skorski, has over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and has put together a system of exercises that integrates Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates. Janine is also certified to teach chair yoga which offers the benefits of yoga with added safety and comfort. It is especially good for individuals who have age-related health conditions or for individuals who would like to learn effective exercises that can be done seated at their desk.
Janine can modify any exercise so that it is practiced from a comfortable position. She can teach you how to make an exercise easier or more advanced. This is designed for you!
*We are currently running an EARLY SPRING SPECIAL which includes 5, one-on-one sessions, for $419 (regularly $450) this includes your printed materials and video access to help you stay on track.
Each private session is 50 minutes.
We listen to your needs and then tailor your session for effectiveness and enjoyment!
