We're excited to offer one-on-one wellness and fitness sessions which are customized just for you.

As a Certified Health Coach and Exercise Physiologist, my area of expertise is Healthy Active Aging.

Individuals who are over the age of 50 face different challenges.

I will listen to your needs and preferences and design a program that specifically addresses your most important wellness and fitness desires.

Whether you are new to exercise, returning from a break, facing a new challenge, or would like specific exercises for a home routine, I can create a customized program just for you.

My hope is that the healthy habits and exercises you learn in the studio will be incorporated into your daily life.

I will help you achieve lasting results that can be implemented for years to come.

Our exercises are gentle, yet effective.

I have over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness field and have put together a system of exercises that integrates Yoga, Qigong, Pilates, Meditation, and Functional Fitness.

Your 50 minute sessions are made to be enjoyable and effective

4 session visits $320 (regularly $360) plus $10 registration fee which includes printed class materials.
