Welcome to our studio! Your one-on-one session, is customized to meet your wellness goals!

Our area of expertise is Healthy Active Aging.

We've developed a system of exercises to reduce stress and increase energy.

We want to help you continue with the activities that matter most to you. Our exercises are gentle, yet effective. We have over 20 years in the health and wellness industry and have put together a system of exercises that integrate Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Fitness. 

Your 1 hour sessions are designed to be enjoyable and effective.

Please arrive early for your session and feel free to enjoy our coffee or tea.

Your Private Sessions

What should I bring?

You can bring a water bottel, or if you prefer, we have bottled water at our studio. Feel free to bring your own towel and yoga mat if you'd like, otherwise you can use ours, which are washed and sanatized before each client's session.

Why is it important to arrive early?

We want your session start on time and most imporotantly, that you have a relaxed and enjoyable experience. We have a waitng area with books and magazines, where you can help yourself to our coffee and tea.

What happens if I arrive late?

In consideration of all our clients. your private session will start and end on the time you scheduled.

If you arrive late, we can modify your session, but it will end on your scheduled time.

We understand eveyone has busy schedules these days and we do not want to keep you waiting for your svheduled time.

Please feel free to arrive early, our waiting area has reading material as well as coffee and tea.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

There is no fee for cancelling your appointment within 24 hours, but the private session is charged if the cancelation is less than 24 hours notice.
