We design One-on-One personal training sessions to help individuals stay active in the areas that are most important to them.
If you have an activity you enjoy, but feel that you've lost a little strength or flexibility we can customize a program just for you.

Our fitness programs are gentle yet effective!
Many of the exercises we choose from are centered around yoga, qi gong, core strength, and balance.
All workout are designed to be effective and enjoyable.
